What club is that?

We still have no trailer.
Verandah extension has put that on hold.

The Vic weather looks nice, sort of, in pics and vids, but we were down to 6° overnight here and that's more cold than I need.

I hope there's not too much damage down there, in the Deep South :-[.

Its not that bad as long as you can stay dry.... trakkies and long sleeve shirt and jumper and its usually ok. but up the Bluff Hut where mate wanted to stay gets extremely windy and the huts arent 100% sealed from wind.. ya need to pick ya spot to setup swag in the hut..

Vic police have shut Dargo high plains road effective immediately as they've had to pull out 2 cars already because of the snow.

Four Wheel Drive Victoria

  ·
Alpine N.P/High Country 4WD track conditions and hazardous weather - June long weekend
Please note that Four Wheel Drive Victoria has been alerted that early heavy snowfalls and wet, slippery tracks have created dangerous conditions for 4WD access to some areas of Alpine National Park.
Some tracks including those above 1000 metres are currently impassable due to deep snow, significant tree fall and slippery conditions on steep slopes.
Forecast weather leading into the Queens Birthday Long Weekend indicates further snowfalls and wet, cold conditions. The depth of river crossings may also increase. Vehicles venturing into these areas may become trapped by snowfalls of rising rivers.
It is unlikely that 4WD track conditions will improve prior to the long weekend and visitors are asked to reconsider trip plans to avoid high elevation 4WD tracks, especially 4WD tracks in the Mt Selwyn area, Upper Howqua, Bluff, King Billy, Twins, Howitt High Plains, Dargo High Plains, and Mt Skene.
The Dargo High Plains Rd is currently closed.
Track Closure - Zeka Spur
Zeka Spur Track is closed due to hazardous conditions. A soak has become impassible at the Howitt Road end of the track. Access to Wonnangatta Valley is via Myrtleford and Dargo only.

Heavy winds last night, heard a crash during the night. Have a lot of work to do now as a cypress came down and took everything in its path. Had to clear the driveway to get out the gate. No power as well, fun times
