I don't think there is such a thing as a dream job !!!
I would consider the job I'm doing now to be a dream job, but the problem is it ties me to it. Good hours, work, money, security, but now I can't leave because it's to good and I won't find better.
I was a cray fisherman for 10 years, that was a great lifestyle. !!!
Just do what comes around and enjoy every minute, you never know when it could be your last !!!!

That was my old job - now I am selling camping gear, making camping gear and selling gear for people  to make their own camping gear. I know which one I prefer.

Yeah, grass is greener and all that. Just think it would be a more satisfying existence. I did a stint with ARB recently that has turned me off retail completely  >:D Maybe i'll try again in that industry one day.

You are right mate, it is definitely satisfying. I am really glad I did it but I burnt out in the end. You hear stories that highlight the worst of human behaviour, and that can take its toll.

No doubt about that and to be honest (not that it's actually a realistic possibility) I always considered that it would be something I did for a period of time as opposed to a career. I reckon there would a limit to how much a person could offer in those situations before it got to much.

I've always wanted to paint. Not walls, but Australian art maybe.

I'd love to be able to paint landscapes.. just head away for a week, and paint landscapes.... but sadly my artistic skills are Shit.. I failed stick figures, and drawing straight lines with pencil and ruler :(

Resident gynaecologist for Playboy magazine.

Try This one  ;D

A man went to Macquarie Street in Sydney having seen an ad for a Gynaecologist's Assistant.
Naturally interested, he went in and asked the clerk for details.

The clerk pulled up the file and read; "The job entails getting the ladies ready for the gynaecologist.
"You have to help the women out of their underwear, lay them down and carefully wash their private
regions, then apply shaving foam and gently shave off their pubic hair, then rub in soothing oils
so they're ready for the gynaecologist's examination."

"The annual salary is $95,000, and if you're interested you'll have to go to Brisbane "

" My God, is that where the job is?" asked the man.

"No Sir, that's where the end of the queue is." She answered
All men dream but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes to make it possible.

Not sure if this link will work, if not go to open learning &  search for landscape painting. Free to enrol just cost of materials. You will be surprised at how easy it is. Len Hend has a lot of stuff on YouTube that you could have a look at.

What I like is it is speed painting with no fluffing about.

I would love to have the money to start up building houses and selling them.
Not your usual run of the mill spec home, but unusual things, capitalising on views or special features etc.
Not fancy expensive palaces either, just affordable home with a real "WOW" factor.

My ultimate dream is to build a home with zero impact on the landscape or environment.

You could run a turkey farm, then people could call and talk to the turkeys, if they only answered the phone the service would be a gazzillion times better, and they are still talking to turkeys😀
