I think in that situation I'd wait for 10 mins and if the cops hadn't arrived break a window. Even if I went to court and had to pay
Yep, Brissie south has little trouble with this sort of problem because:1. Most of the cars have no wheels and are up on blocks.2. Fast service in the kebab shops means no waiting for an hour.3. It is far safer for kids that are left in cars in our area, cause if you leave the car for 5 minutes someone will steal it......end of problem.
I don't know what part of Brisbane Southside you live in, but my area is nothing like that
I wouldn't give a stuff about the window, just break the one least likely do shower the kid with glass. And a judge would have to be a moron if you got charged for breaking a window to save the kids life. I'd do the same if a dog was in a car and looked like it was in distress from heat.
