as previously described, microsoft have a tool that allows for the uninstall of an update causing issues:

bit of a 'damned if you do, damned if you don't' situation. misinformed people still continue to hammer microsoft for it's 'unsecure' desktop operating systems (vista sp1 onwards), when in actual fact, if you are up to date with updates (security updates in particular), you will be as secure as
reasonably possible.
and if you want a higher level of security again, then have a crack at installing and living with unix/linux...
in the end, if you think any operating system is 100% secure, then i have a three-legged racehorse i would like to sell you...
