I'm hoping we get around 40 to 50mm overnight out in the lockyer valley.

The underground tank is dead dry and 50mm will fill it.

Uncle Jeepers then, won't have to pay for Minden Water to come and fill it next week for the new tenants.  ;D

Its a wicked set up, 50mm filles a 30,000 litre tank due to the catchment of roof area.......

C'mon Mother Nature or God, 50mm and i'll be a good boy.

dunno if you'll get 50mm, but check out the 512km radar and you'll see the wet stuff is on it's way atleast.

It was a great move to demolish their power station earlier this year - to keep the greens happy and go with the wind farms eh....  :cup:

Looks impressive though

Sydney set for a warm weekend before mercury soars to 33 on Monday
If you have been itching for the hot weather to really set in, the time has come.

Following potential tops of 30 degrees on Friday, and a weekend of high 20s, Monday is set to bring a high of 33 degrees across most of the Sydney basin.

Sadly, I can now predict that there will be more than 1 cyclone crossing the QLD coast this year.
I can predict this with 100% certainty.
How???

My Mango Tree has no Mango's on it. When there are no Mango's on the teee, we get Cyclones.

You too Dave?

We cut our's back pretty heavily early this year so put it down to that - flowered but looking out at it now we've probably only got 1/2 dozen thumb-nail size fruit visible.

1 thing though is that it might mean the the !@#$%^& flying foxes go somewhere else rather than crapping all over our yard & pool  >:(  >:D

The trees near by have no mangos as well.
Since this tree has been giving fruit, the cyclone prediction has been 100%.

Buy the ones from Katherine.  They grow vast fields of them out there.
