So he/she get $0.46 from you.
How many times has he/she done that?

but the seller has only 5 previous ebay transactions,
if that's really the case, it doesn't sound like they are making a living from doing it...lol

With PayPal always use your credit card not your account. PP hate this and it always defaults to an account. They hate because of CC fees and also you are protected under the CC charter. So if the seller defaults And PP can not recover the monies they lose not you. The banks reverse the transaction.

I agree, this happened to me a few times.
I was expecting to see the amount on my cc and it ended up being  on my bank account.
After changing it back a few times, I eventually deleted everything except my CC.
Now they have no choice...........

I have made a few purchases but never sold anything.

The seller user name is zoreille1117 and the email was signed Dany Mariette.  I got a message from Paypal saying my money has been refunded, $6.04.  Which is funny because I paid $6.50.  But no matter and I was debating (I have been told I am a master at debating, well that is not exactly how they worded it) about leaving negative feedback, but the seller has only 5 previous ebay transactions, so maybe it all was a very genuine mistake.   So another moral to the story is, only go with big sellers who have good feedback.  And thanks to all of your replies.  Kevin

Glad that for the most part you got some reimbursement I wonder how many other ebay names they have sold under though and perhaps had negative feed back and then start a new account you never know

Yeah which is good till you need to draw money from paypal if you sell enough. Otherwise it sits around in limbo waiting to me spent, and you back in the same no refund senario.

Are you suggesting there is a way people pay when they are supposed to????  ??? ??? ???

How come my customers never do this???  :'( :'( :'(

Nah just kidding. Most are really good, you just get the odd one who reminds you that oxygen is a privilege.

To be honest, I spend more on ebay than I sell so its never a problem.
