Well as some of you know, we have just bought a house out in the country.
We have been renting this place for 22 years, could have paid for it by now

But have never been in a position to do it until now.
So we have horded 22 years of crap, it's amazing at just how much junk you keep, thinking, I might use that one day

Because we are paying cash for the house, settlement is only 2 weeks and is due this coming Friday and we will be moving on Saturday. So it hasn't really left us much time, I know we could have stretched it out and I wish I had of, but the wife is chaffing at the bit and let's face it, we have to do as ordered right?
At least I have the most important part all packed and ready to go, the shed

It will take me about two weeks to get this place into shape, have to wash all walls, paint the bathroom ceiling and our bedroom, shampoo all carpets, prune a few trees, wash all cupboards clean all windows etc.
At least I can take my time with that, a few friends reckon I am mad for doing all that for our landlord. It means I will have to travel 600 k's a day, but he has been terrific and has looked after us for 22 years so I feel it's the least I can do to show my appreciation.
Anyway, it will get me out of the new house while the wife sorts out where she wants everything.
I will just be glad when it's all done and dusted and I can start to set up my new bigger shed, I already have some new goodies that will be going into it
