Does anybody on my swag own a rayslarr rear bar or know of anyone with 1. Are you or they happy with it. I like the finish around the guards for the prado more then the mcc bar and the pricing is more along along the lines I want to spend
Yer mate I have one on my GU patrol, ill try and get a pic for you over the next day or so, real busy at the minute. That said, I have no probs at all with my rear bar, I ordered the bar with 2 wheel carriers.
After researching it death, I basically decided for what I was prepared to pay it is fantastic value for money, not only is it made very well, they haven't skimped on the size of the steel, that's not to say that its made with oversize steel, but more in line with what you would expect of a rear bar to be made of. Of memory its 4 and 6mm steel.
TBH its in the class of the other name brand rear bars, but that's just me.
The finish is fantastic, its a little different in its basic appearance from most but all the same I think it sets it apart.
They have a great reputation across a number of forums, they were awesome to deal with, couldn't do enough for me. I fitted it myself and when I did I rang them and they were only to happy to provide support over the phone.
I haven't given it a flogging yet, but have confidence that it will hold its own when I do, I have a couple of mates who get stuck right into there wheeling and have given them a bashing on banks and ruts, and other then a few scrapes and marks, it has performed wheel.
I would defo recommended you give them a call and have a yarn, I think you will find them very helpful. The best thing is you don't have to cough up your first born child for it.....Kaymar

Hope this helps.
