Firstly I must state that I am in no way affiliated with this brand of trailer.
I dropped in today to have a look at lifestyle's showroom at Moss St, Underwood. Everyone was busy working away so I just started to have a look around. Before long Darren walked past and looked to be on a mission with some tent components in his hand and asked if I needed anything. Even though he looked busy he stopped and gave me a guided tour of the models I was interested in and also took me through the factory section actually showing me how they put the trailers together.
I was mainly interested to see the difference between the lifestyle Explorer (Chinse components) and the lifestyle 360 (Australian components). Darren, I felt, was very open in the difference between the two and what they have done to make an imported product they are happy to put their name behind.
Darren did not rush me in any way and spent a good 30-40 minutes answering some of my stupid questions while showing me around. I am still along way from handing over my hard earned but based off the customer service I received today I will have no hesitation in going back to see them, unlike some of the customer service I have received from other places. I must also state that I have only looked at their products and have not used them, this is simply a thank for great customer service today. To often its easy to rant when we have bad service and forget to say thank you when we get good service.
