I saved a life today
« on: June 28, 2012, 07:09:50 PM »

Poor fella fell into an erosion hole and only his horns stopped him. Hole was about 12 ft deep.

It was really baaaaaad.

Don't know about saving a life, but you were three quarters of the way to a hungi (Maori that is).
Ya had the hole and the food, all that was missing was some hot coals and the optional banana leaf.

Anyway good on you, nice to see a vegetarian driving a 4B4 ...  ;D

I saved a life today as well.  I somehow managed to keep my hands in my pockets today when all they wanted to do was leap out and rap themselves around my boss' neck.  So much for self control, I still have to show up tomorrow-  who knows, maybe I will save his life yet again!!!!

LOL

My offsider was a farmer - first up I thought we would pop the poor things head off when we pulled it out by the horns then it seemed really weak.  Farmer grabs it and drags it really roughly to its feet and then it up and ran.  He reckons they can just lay there and die of shock if you dont get them moving.  cheers

if a sheep lands on its back it cannot get its self righted and will die in the padock, they can lay on they back for a couple of days  and when you right them up you sometimes have just hold them up for about 5 mins then they well just run away
