Always on the floor of the camper on her pillow, but that is after she tries to slide onto every bed she can see.

As you can seem my dog will sleep any where and is a true do of "NK"...lol

On our first trip out in the Jayco we went to Stewarts Brook and the first night the temps were in the minuses.  Whilst the yapper would usually just stay at the rear of foot of the bed he was trying to get under the covers....lol

generally however, he sleeps on the floor inside or on the lounge.

He sleeps where he damn well pleases   (On the Floor of the anex normaly)

Yeah,I kinda think that's the same philosophy our alaskan malamute takes, except at 68kg he probably demands a little more respect..... but he's really just one big soft teddy bear! ;D

Here's our black lab Jaya. She sleeps on her own mat on the tent floor (no kids). Also loves her fold up camp bed around the fire!

Cheers, Sam.

You're all soft. Our doggie goes to the kennel.  I'm not having a pooch puke in my Cruiser!   :-*

Time to eat humble pie.   :'(

Mrs T & I took the pooch (Tippi) camping to Malanda back in June. A dog friendly caravan park. Well it rained for the duration, the dog up-chucked on the way there. Mrs T had the dog sleeping in the camper at the foot of our bed, and the damned dog up-chucked again on the way home!   :'( :'(

Troy sorry for your loss mate.  I imagine you must be devastated.  I lost my 4y/o pug 8 months ago and still have a lot of bitterness inside me.  The sadness doesn't go away.  It's hard for non dog people to understand, I loved my little girl as much as I loved my child.

If you think you're ready the best thing you can do is get yourself another dog (or two).  Not to replace your dogs, more so think of it as a living tribute to your mates that have passed.  The enthusiasm and cheekiness of a pup will keep you busy and I'm sure there's room in your heart for another.  And if you can get a rescue even better - most pounds are full atm, with any surrenders being down immediately because of insufficient space.

Cheers
George

Comiserations Troy we know the feeling.  Next Friday the 19th marks the third anniversary of the passing of our Dixie (D Dog) and i still have a tear in my eye & sadness in my heart when I think of her.  she would have been outside helping carry palm fronds this arvo if she was alive.  Sigh. Ours are both sleeping in doggy heaven, Maverick and Butch were two of the best. They have been gone for a few years now but we still talk about them regularly. Many fond memories to cherish.

awwww so cute, at least you have another dog to help.  We just haven't taken that step yet.  Tony says no but I guess when its meant to be it will happen.  May be we should have a get together at the Bohle Barn Pub next Friday night in memory of our mates.  We will be having tea their as our daughter and her boyfriend work their and we will be down in Townsville.  Anyone else is also welcome.  Cheers Rellbell

We have two whippets which are show dogs so inside in either their normal crate or their show trolley crate.
Just know if they were given half the chance they would be in our bed with us but that will not happen....
