Me thinks that the banter between the English and the Australians regarding the Ashes predates the term "trolling" and is therefore inappropriate in this context.

My prediction would be that England will win the Ashes back before NSW win origin again lol.

For someone who claims to not understand cricket you certainly understand the " ASHES" (judging by earlier posts I' d say BS). And whilst as a Qlder I hope your right about NSW not winning for 3 yrs but I think.

Lol no you are a bit confused. I'm originally from the UK but have lived in Australia for 6 1/2 years and have duel nationality.
I'm back in the UK now for Christmas.
I went past Lords on my way through and the Ashes are still there!

110 odd runs in the first session for the loss of 1 wicket, going to be an early day.

Cook and co. are time wasting, very negative cricket. You think they'd apply some pressure and see what they can make happen rather than play like it is over already...

Gotta agree d'fer, especially that peterson knob. Every innings he's been in, he has moved away from his guard whilst the bowler has been on his run up, at least twice, if not 3 times. Woeful tactics.

Looks like a pretty convincing win. Congratulations Australia.

I've just read Australia won by 8 wickets. What happens now, do they keep playing to run their noses in it and turn the wickets into runs or does it just finish there?

Has there been a 5-0 white wash before?

When will the corruption investigation begin?
Poms would have made a pretty penny betting against themselves to start with, add in a couple of dodgy bookmakers and you have the current series.

even though the game was pretty much over early yesterday one example

Rogers was dropped twice – once when on 19 at a time when his dismissal would have put Australia under significant pressure – and then on 81 when wicketkeeper Jonny Bairstow's scrappy glove work was to blame.
