A reintroduction | feeling nostalgic
« on: March 27, 2025, 06:23:31 PM »
With plenty going on over the past few weeks and reflecting on the many great people I’ve met  through Myswag, many who have also became lifelong mates. What this forum is and does for many far outweighs the camping/4wding component.I’ve been missing from posting and contributing for awhile now life just seems to be busier and busier but just wanted to say G’day to the oldies and the newbie.. still a few dribbling away like the old days 😂

Hey mate,
Yep, a lot has changed, but still in contact with many from 2010 when we first joined, and then met some awesome people at the 2011 National meet at Wilmington.
Hope ya well, all is good.
Safe Travels.

Hey Swannie!

Life gets busy Mate. It's all good. We're (Brett and I) in the same boat. Just because we're not on here all the time doesn't mean we don't care or have lost interest, we've just got a bit going on at the moment between one thing and another.

I read these quotes the other day and found them again to post here - I felt they were relevant...

"A strong friendship doesn’t need daily conversation, doesn’t always need togetherness, as long as the relationship lives in the heart, true friends will never part." — Auliq Ice

“There is magic in long-distance friendships. They let you relate to other human beings in a way that goes beyond being physically together and is often more profound.” — Diana Cortes
