Where are the stats that show all these crashes are caused by lack of experience, over weight or incorrect weight distribution?
Quite often see, read comments that claim drivers saying they have been towing for years and never had an issue, then one day - over it goes.
So what are the actual causes of the crashes?
I believe the bloke in NSW who was just found guilty for whatever he was charged with after the deaths of his wife and step son stemming from a caravan rollover, crash was an ex Army driver trainer with many years of experience. Still got it wrong with extreme consequences..
Lots of folks will offer a solution or "the solution" whist having no idea what the problem or the real cause of something is or was in the first instance.
Often, i would think, the eyes see it on TV, then their brain processes they must be inexperienced, then quickly followed by running fingers over that clever little keyboard.
Arrrr.... alas, the clever little keyboard or tablet of phone or whatever it may be..... allowing folks to solve problems they know nothing or little about.
The 80 year old who is a dead set menace on the road, is a really terrible and unsafe driver who shouldn't be on the road EVER.
But can honestly say..... over 60 years driving..... never had a crash.
