Interesting story regarding crazy 2nd hand car prices...

My mechanic; (owns a repco); mentioned last week that dealerships are now prone to "second handing" some makes of brand new cars - because they can charge more for them; because apparently new car prices are more regulated or capped off or something....

Go figure! ....
