I see more blue trees around each year as a reminder of this.

Everything okay here, considering my hate of working life but my Dr told me I was boring after my blood test results last Friday.

We as blokes still don't open up enough and talk about what's bothering us.  :'(

We have to break that sigma of, If I talk about how I feel, I am weak/less of a man.
And as a mate, we need to read what our mates are going through.
Eg, I asked both my FSA captain & deputy, Every time we get together, either at a meeting, a training event or just socially, you guys ask 'How are ya big fella'
It is a genuine question, you want to know How I am?
They both replied, It is our responsibility to ensure you are the best that you can be, If we have a call out, we need to know that you are right to attend an incident, if you are not, you could cause dramas, do something wrong which could be fatal.
And if we feel you are struggling, we will help you, we are here to help.
Knowing I can go to these guys if I'm not 100%, that in it's self helps me.

Talk to someone,

There will be many farmers under extra pressure down Vic/NSW border regions with the loss of their wheat and barley crops, especially as it was going to be one of the best crops in recent history.  :'(

Foo,
From Droughts, to floods, they have had it all the last few years.
Here on the North Coast NSW, the youngest is an apprentice Fitter & Turner at the local Sugar Refinery, next year's harvest is going to be very poor.
A lot of the cane has become water damaged, a lot has Speared(seeded), a couple of farmers have resorted to fertilizing by helicopter, grounds to wet to get machines on to the paddocks.
I also see out Moree way, their crops & paddocks are sitting in 2-3 feet of water. :(

Yep and some of them around Talwood even tried aerial seeding for the wheat crop. One bloke near Chinchilla couldn't even get a crop in, so he is screwed for any decent income till next May/June.  :'(
