When you go to the bottle shop every couple of weeks you look like a normal person buying a little bit of this and a little bit of that, but when you need to buy 6 weeks worth in one go it's frightening how much is in your trollies

To be honest, he is right...

If people took it seriously instead of 'its all bullShit to control people' rubbish, videos on youtube of people being interviewed saying its all blown out of proportion....  to more people out shopping than I've seen in years, just as much traffic as ever on the Eastlink/Monash etc - we would be in a much better place than we are right now.

I think he did a good job, theres no user manual he can check to see what the **** hes supposed to be doing.

Pandering to Union Mates keeping the jobs  " ln house ".

Most security would have been $10/hr rent a cops not even smart enough to know shagging lepers isnt a good idea. Guarantee they are just casual labour, cheap as you can get, read this page and now your inducted professionals.
Everyone wants to blame someone, when if the truth is told, everyone directly involved is trying to get on top of this regardless of were they sit on the political spectrum. Pity everyone else doesnt try to do their bit. Thats were we should be focusing, keeping peer pressure on the selfish pricks causing the problem. Need to stop reading Sky News mate, more facts in a Phantom cartoon book.

I disagree with that. Most ADF are trained to do their job either as Tech Professionals, or Combat Troops. They don't do much in the way of general crowd control and policing. And they don't have any official authority, as far as the Australian public is concerned, unless military law has been proclaimed. Not an easy thing to do either.

Their medical and logistics specialists are exemplary in what they do though, and can be effectively used to bolster civilian staff in that field.
