Newby in the camper trailer field

Hi all,

I just wanted to say hello and also get a some advice of which camper trailer should I buy.  We are a couple with a 1yr old boy and a mini foxy; it will be towed by a Captiva 7.  It would be our first camper trailer.  Mostly for long weekends camping here and there in Victoria; nothing extreme, maybe just some off road involved obviously. 

I decided to do a bit of "research" and I found myself back to square one; there are so much information and a huge second hand market. (more than I have ever thought).  I am more inclined toward a second hard floor but my budget is quite limited atm (5K); however I want to buy the best my budget could have.
