Just a bit of feedback- I went in yesterday and had a browse for about 20 minutes. There were probably more staff than customers and while some where busy getting the store set up, I wasn't acknowledged by any of the staff. No G'day! can I help you? or you chasing anything?
It didn't particularly bother me as I was just browsing but I walked out thinking these guys wont last long if that's the customer service they give when starting up a new franchise.
Anyway, I thought the feedback would be useful, better to know now than find out the hard way in 6 months time.
