We are now at the point where the planning has been done so we are ready to release the pricing and start to take bookings.
What's Included In The Pricing:
Your camping fees at Rawnsley Park (please note there is a 3 night minimum over the Easter period, even if you are staying less than that). However, you are more than welcome to come earlier and stay later!
You will also get one of the new MySwag reusable calico bags, all firewood for the Common Area*, a comprehensive booklet with local information and things to do, a MySwag camper/caravan tag which you will be able to keep and use at other MySwag gatherings, a guide to take you on one of the three guided 4wd trips, and more!
* You can have a separate fire at your campsite if you wish but to keep the costs as low as possible for everyone we won't be funding this separate firewood so feel free to bring some with you if you wish, or it can be bought from the Rawnsley shop.
Powered Sites: $27.50 per adult per night and $7 per child (2-16) per night
Unpowered Sites: $22.50 per adult per night and $5 per child (2-16) per night
Also, don't forget the Meet & Greet BBQ and Pancake Breakfast which is separate from the above fees at $20 per adult and $5 per child.

You won't need to pay until closer to the National Meet once you have had the chance to order any National Meet Merchandising you may want, and then Jillsy will send you the one invoice for everything to make it easy.
However, all bookings will need to be confirmed and invoices paid in full by 9th April, 2019 (10 days prior to the commencement of the Meet).
Please: Only book only once you know you are a 100% definite attendee
Once you have booked with me I will add you to the 'Who's Going' thread.
