Aldi camping floor mat any good?
« on: February 02, 2018, 10:35:56 AM »
I see Aldi has this may coming up as a special for $30. I was thinking of getting one to put under my gazebo when I put it out. I plan on using a Cgear mat for the camper.
Has anyone used the Aldi mat? Is it worth it?

I bought one a few years back and while it's not the quality of CGear, it works well as a second mat for me. At the price you can't go wrong!

Yep, got two also.

They are great for the price.

I bang pegs through them and they hold up great. Cant go wrong for the price.

Think we have had our for a about three years and they are starting to get a bit grubby, I have pressure washed them twice now but they are due to be replaced.

its the really fine crappy brown dust that we seem to have problems with.

I also noticed there are simular ones at BCF for same price.

Yeah we use ours under the camper tent. Almost the same as the $200 one we purchased however the ALDI one is way smaller. I say worth the $30.

Mother Inlaw and partner picked up two ALDI mats for us today, Might be a bit better than the ragged edged 75% Shade cloth  we have used for 20 years .. 3.6m wide and as long as you wanted it was nice though, Used to go under the soft floor tent section as well .
