Adelaide have 1/3rd of their team out.. if the druggos dont win by 10 goals, they dont deserve to win
Well if the Crows are stupid enough to start the season with a sub standard team we'll take the points whether the win is by one point or ten goals

Essendon Crows was a good match. Both had 5 players out through injury...check the AFL injury list.  People often say.."no worries. its an early game so it doesn't really matter"...Until the last game or two of the year when even 2 points means the difference between a finals berth or not.  Great last quarter from Essendon.  I was expecting crows to come out and finish Essendon off.  2 matches so far and both have been well worth watching.  I,ll be very happy if Hawks win. Both Hawks and pies only have a couple of injuries.  I think its going to be a very wet match for the Suns vs Roos here in Cairns...

Unless things change dramatically, it's looking like a long season.

Joel Selwood won another high-tackle free kick with a trademark shrug that transformed an initially legal attempt from Ryan Burton into illegal contact. Selwood won 53 more high-tackle free kicks than any other player between 2014 and the opening round of this year.

Everybody happy in SA this week, both teams got up. Power just sneaks a win and the Pretty Boys thump St Kilda.
Quiet weekend news wise Eddie makes the front page of the paper, 3 goals, 2 new twin girls, and one Eddie!
