Stopping Shit blowing under the door of the shed

So I'm in a never ending battle to stop Shit blowing under the door of me shed.. it has 2 x 3mtr wide sliding doors. I have a good 2-3inch gap to block due to a ****in useless mate of a mate concreter

I was thinking of conveyor belt or rubber strip but at Clarke rubber prices, it would be cheaper to buy my own island. And conveyor might be too hard to work with.

Discussing last night someone suggested the brush Shit they used on truck wheel arches might be easier and cheaper.... 300 for 10 mts

I have exactly the same problem with my shed but the doors are slightly smaller - about 2.7m wide.

Just buy a roll of 5 inch wide rubber, cost about $50.00 in Gympie.

How about a few pool noodles that you could split and slide onto the bottom of the doors? They are quite cheap if you pick them up at Kmart, Big W, etc.

At the same time you would be making a fashion statement!

Closing the gap will reduce it, but Shit will still find a way in. Mine has about .00000000237367" gap  and it still happens

At Bumblings you put some NUFFIE in a Green Tshirt & apron , paying them $17.50 an hour & at least they can point . Possibly in the direction of another master mind that might know where you could possibly have your question answered .

Go for a drive along any highway. Pick up said wheel spray brush. Dual purpose, you're doing your bit cleaning up and fixes ya gap problem.

Selley's have a relatively new product called "GrowCrete".
It comes in 2kg bags, you mix the powder with water and spread on the concrete slab.
The chemicals in the paste react with the existing concrete and makes it swell up to 15% and it also makes it malleable so you could shape the old slab into more of a ramp to lessen the gap.



Or not. Get in touch with your feminine side....and embrace "The Shit". It exists for a reason.

Can you drop/lower the doors and use flashing at the top to cover any gap?

Can you adjust the door mine had upper and lower limiters that i could adjust to get it down that last inch

na cause towards the end where it closes into a slot thing it would hit the deck and not close properly

My guess is the gap width under the doors changes as the doors open and close due to the concrete being lower in the middle where the 2 doors meet each other when closed ? (Doors run on rollers at top?)... if so you likely won't be able to extend the door with something solid I'm guessing as you mention? ...but only guessing as we need pics to have a better idea of the problem and how it can be fixed.
