I say good on her too. It's a pity more people don't have the means to do similar things when they are treated shabbily. The only downside is that it wasn't enough to make much difference to the publisher.

Next day full page in the telegraph of her coming down escalators with the friend and a female cop and them bagging her for using police for security rather than private , being cheap and full of herself etc etc and generally negative ! Doesn't pay to fight the establishment good on her.
