Haven't had any problems since FireFox sorted the server issues t'other week.
Just went to post a message, but it wouldn't go, then after thinking about it for a minute or 2, gave me the dreaded go away & stop bothering me message:
Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.
Logged out & attempted to reconnect but same message every time. Closed internet connection (Chrome), re-opened & OK on trying again.
Just a hiccup, or has out friend in Japan come back?
Incidentally, when I got back in, the message that I'd been posting when it froze was there
