Transporting Generator from Melbourne to Albury
« on: April 21, 2017, 01:15:29 PM »
Hey guys I'm looking at ways for transporting a generator from Melbourne to Albury I normally use transdirect however it looks like due to its huge weight of 29kg lol it needs a tailgate truck at both ends and has to be packed in a crate or on a pallet think and the surcharge for this is crazy this is overkill and ohs gone mad. Anyone have any ideas need to get it to my aunts house n wodonga so the bloke buying it from Albury can pick it up. Any suggestions would be great :)

I know some people heading down from Albury for the Anzac Day football. Where in Melbourne is it?

no problem. Might be a bit hard to arrange handover at the MCG.
