Nah, not me....

The local IGA guy has been going down hill for a while, according to all the experts on the subject.

The owners of the building were gunna chuck him out this morning, so he had a bit of a moment and was gunna burn the place down.

Just another day, TCB style.

When all the locals heard he was gunna douse himself with fuel and set himself on fire, they all rallied around and took up a collection.

They raised 187 litres of unleaded and half a litre of 2 stroke fuel. (The last one was me, only the blower runs on 2 stroke.)

He's not alone KB, he's at the cop shop now.

Mind you, the cop shop is only open 3 days a week, so didn't get that right either.  ::)

I think you will find that police are on duty in TCB 24/7 and that the station only has administration staff working 3 days per week.

Hope the poor bugger is OK.  Sad story

It's a pretty sad state of affairs when someone gets so low that they even consider these things.
4.2L TD Toyota Troopy, (Clarke's Country Camper Trailer, softfloor.) sold it and bought a Avan Ray small poptop caravan.

WOW.....

Where's the link to the joking post someone made last year  .... "about the bodies being better at Hungry Jacks" - (when that poor stiff was discovered dead in their toilets after a few days??).

What fxing sanctimonious hypocrisy; ...that ensued from some of the members back then .... (in the light of what has been written in some of the posts above, here....)

btw, as a small self employed retailer that's been slogging it out for 25+ years; and is now closing down my store; because of the headwinds of change:   (....increasing staff; marketing; and rent costs - the boom of sales over the Internet; cutthroat selling prices from the bigbox chains; etc)   ...I really feel for the grief and stress of that TCB guy.....
