I think it's great that these newbies get to assimilate with some great and experienced Aussie Patriarchs and Matriarchs. How much better will everyone settle in as a result of the interaction.  Well done to all.

Eltham is very Anglo Saxon and very insular but some great people. It'll be an interesting experience but with Aussie hospitality and fairness I'm sure it'll turn out well.
