Hi All
After snooping around the forum for a while I thought it best to say hi.
My wife and I are based in Canberra with two little ones (F6 and M3) who are very quickly getting bigger and bigger. We are currently getting ourselves set up to take 2018 off to travel this lovely country of ours and see as much as we can.
After owning numerous tents of various shapes and sizes, a cheapie soft floor camper and a Jayco Swan. We are soon to be the new owners of a Complete Campsite Kakadu. Which we are very much looking forward to taking possession of. We are now only a month away from picking it up and Neil has been sending through some photos of the build progression which is making the last bit of the wait (since April) go quickly.
As far as the planning for our trip is going, we will be heading clockwise starting in January 2018 and returning to Canberra roughly 12 months later, with our major part of our trip being the WA coast and across the top from the Gibb River Road, back to the centre via the Tanami and then across the gulf and onto the Cape. We have set up a Ford Ranger as our tow vehicle which should be more than capable of pulling the Kakadu wherever we want.
Hopefully we may see some members on our travels.
