Yep, just sitting at the Santa Gertrudis stand. I liked the droughtmaster steak sanga more, it came with bacon!

Managed to spend money so its all good!

Not there this year but I have been many times over the past few years , in regards to the steaks ( love the acquip steak sanga) I was told what maybe is an urban or should that be a rural myth that the steaks all come from the one source.so your prime angus is the same as the  Hereford steaks.

I had heard that as well - I just like to think that they were actually tormenting the example cattle next door by saying "this is what you're going to end up being"

Came away with some tools (Sidchrome screwdrivers and Irwin Vice Grips) and some work trousers for wife.... oh an a lot more ideas on a new motorbike for her as well.

I haven't been since '96. It rained (I still have the drizabone I bought) and our school bus had to be towed out by a tractor. Good times. :cheers: :cheers:
I've been meaning to go again, but the planets just never seem to align.

I'll be in Narrabri next week, but right now I'm in Darwin, so I don't think I'll make it this year.
