Caravan Inspections
« on: July 29, 2016, 08:24:30 AM »
Hi guys

I am looking at going to the dark side and buying a caravan. I have my eyes on a second hand 18foot roadstar 2010 model

I bought the goldstream i currently have new so it has never has a problem

When buying a caravan what do i look for or is there a service like the NRMA does for cars that i can pay someone to do an inspection

I was going to look in all cupboards for water damage
Rock the wheel for bearing life
Check lights and all electrics working
Check gas appliances
Check underneath for damage

Anything else i am missing ???

Chester there appears to be a few out there who advertise that they conduct these inspections. Google is your friend eg: http://www.caravaninspections.com.au/contact-us
