FNQ Swaggers
« on: June 12, 2016, 02:01:35 PM »
All Swaggers in FNQ l am going to be around Atherton on 28 or 29 & back in Cairns 3 weeks later . l am trying to get to Jeepers Creepers a set of load binders that l should have soon . JC is in Tin Can Bay down South of Cairns .
Plan A
Bring the binders to Atherton/Cairns , meet Swaggers of the area drop off the kit .Find a Southbound Swagger that can drop said kit off down the track to JC or a lot closer
Plan B
Haven't got that far as yet ,,,,,,,,,,,,
                                                                   Cheers

Should be lots of swaggers heading north for the Cape, I’m heading north from Townsville in mid-July, but won’t be heading south past Townsville. PM Duggie or JC lures they both live in Herberton or may be Sol he lives down on the coast. Either way I’m sure someone can help

regards, Chris.

Hi Jamie.  I am about 120k south of Mackay, right on the Bruce Highway, with an acre of grass and 240 connection if you want to rest up a few days.

Might have to get some numbers for a catchup in Cairns as we will be there for a few days on the way home . Parmer & Pot at a Pub sounds good . Might have to convince you to pop down to the next National in Mansfield Vic . Tour the High Country see it from the top   . Cheers

Hi speewa158 - Jamie ,

I know a swagger who is heading up to the cape and back in a little while and he will be calling in to catch up with me at my home. He may be able to drop the gear off for Jeepers on his way home. I will give him a PM and see what we can sort out.

Either way if you were to drop the binders off with me , there will be other swaggers heading North to South that could help out.

cheers duggie

How big is the package? I'm heading out of Cairns on the way back from the Cape on 7/7 and staying in Hervey Bay on the way home.

If these are the same sets (2) of load binders that were sitting in my garage from SJIndustries, then:

1 set is for Jeepers in TCB

1 set is for Paceman who I think is in Mackay

The load binders are about the same size as as a 6pack of cans & about as heavy  X2 . Handy to have a size reference we all understand . You wouldn't be coming through Malendinar Gold Coast as l have a 20 L bucket to be collected to deliver to Cairn so l can pick it up . lts long shot but if you don't ask you don't get . SwagMail is a strange beast but fun
                                                 Cheers Jamie

Sadly already north in Brisbane. No harm in asking. I think I could do the binder pickup and drop offs as we are going through Mackay as well as Hervey Bay on the way home.

Cheers

We have done the trip with SunLover tours and they were great.  We have taken all the family members that have visited us out to reef with this mob and had no complaints.
