Fishing aound Darwin

I'll be in Darwin for a week starting tomorrow and would love to do a bit of fishing, I've had a bit of a look at "Darwin Harbour Fishing Charters" and of course they sound pretty good  ??? but are they ? any help and advice greatly appreciated   :cheers: :cheers:

Good to hear you're still alive Keith, hope the trip's going well. Just be carefull if you launch the Yak into Darwin Harbour, been a few croc's take a liking to humans of late

Hi Keefy, hope it's all going well for you.

Brother and I took our kids on a fishing charter in Darwin Harbour in '98.....got absolutely nuthin'.....
We were there in September, so it might be different for you.

Choonachaser is somewhat of a celebrity in fishing darwin from a kayak....have a read...then maybe contact him.

Try Pete from http://www.ntfishing.com.au/ we got 4 Barra over a metre when we fished with him about 2 years ago, he'll get you some fish!!

Keith,

I have done a charter out in Darwin harbour and came away with a nice 80cm Barra from it.
There is good fish in the harbour if you get onto them, few big lizards around there too of late.....
