Techni Ice Car Fridges
« on: March 13, 2016, 02:36:03 PM »
Does anyone have any feedback on Techni Ice Car Fridges, particularly the 60L and 80L dual zone fridge/freezer?

Cheers

I have had one of the single zone plastic skinned 60L ones for 3-4 years and so far it has been faultless.

We have been looking at getting another (bigger) fridge and I am only looking at Techni-Ice.  The new stainless ones look nice....

They come with a 6 year warranty, sounds pretty good.

The stainless steel ones look schmicko.

Yep - not sure what the warranty was  on my one - but seeing as it has never even blinked despite the way we abuse it I can't complain.  My only real comment is that ours has a power switch on the bottom that when it is mounted in the car is toddler height, and frequently I have found the fridge off because one of my two has been playing with it.
