Hi
« on: January 25, 2016, 08:21:11 PM »
Hello everybody

New here but have some time in the 4WD & Camping scene, only had a CT for just on a year now so relatively new to pulling a tonne or so of self-contained accomodation along tracks and over sand hills.

Tug and CT are fairly well established now, but still plenty of refinements to make before (probably) heading out on the big lap next year. This year has few shake-out trips planned, from a few days to weeks but culminating in a 12 week run along a coast somewhere in October through November. Not exactly sure which part of the coast yet, one of the reasons I joined the Board.

The Mrs and I enjoy travelling and while she tolerates my stopping for unseemly periods of time in the least likely places to take photos, I return the favour putting up with with her bringing the fur-kid along when national parks aren't on the itinerary. Seems to work out well enough, mostly.

When headed out to camp we get there in an Isuzu DMax Dual Cab, and when we arrive at the camp we catch z's in a T Van.

Kind regards

Jeff

Umm, struggling to get a picture up, one last try before declaring defeat...

Not a particularly good shot of the setup itself, but the Flinders is always a nice spot to take a photograph...only picture I have on my device though.
