Picnic set
« on: December 15, 2015, 01:56:33 PM »
Can anybody recommend me a good picnic set for a family of 4 please? Just after something dedicated for day trips that I can just grab and throw in the back of the car and not having to worry about forgetting stuff.
Im sick of grabbing my camper trailer stuff, then forgetting to put it back in and finding out on the next camping trip that we've got no knifes or half the plates are missing sorta thing.
I kinda like the backpack style rather than picnic basket and want all the compartments and elastic thingos to hold it all in place so I know it's all there at a glance.
Anybody got the oz trail ones? They seem to look ok
Cheers.

G`day mate
We have an Adeventureline , not quite a back pack but has a 4 piece setting (can get six) wine glasses  cheese cutting board, table cloth, salt and pepper shakers and heaps of storage for thermos, mugs and food. Had it for years lives on back seat when traveling great bit of kit. We also have a wicker one which again is years old and has had a hard time, I do prefer it to the soft body one as it is easier to use,  but it is slowly falling apart.
