Hi All,
I have been looking through these pages for a couple of weeks, and found it educational, entertaining, and imformative. We purchased a secondhand 1999 Camp-o-matic Ranger last Friday to go with our 2009 BT50 Freestyle.
This is not our first foray into camper trailers as we have had a motorcycle hard floor for 3-4 years. It has worked well with the following vehicles:

Mazda MX5

BMW R1150 Trike
BMW R1200RT

I have done some off-road with the last setup, but to be honest, neither the bike nor the trailer were designed for it.
My decision to go with an off-road CT for the BT50 was made based on the trips made on my adventure bike (BMW R80GS). Love touring the back roads.
I will post some photos of CT and truck once I have cleaned them up a bit. The CT is covered in red dirt from the previous owners trip through the Tanimi. If it's anything like the road base at pine rivers NT, it will take years to get rid of.

Cheers, and thanks for having us!

Welcome to the forum! You didn't happen to pass us last week in the MX5 towing that trailer did you? Heading north into Brisbane? Thanks for the wave if so!

Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone.

Hi Pen, it probably was us, as there are not too many MX5's around with towbars. We were on our way back from the BMWMCQ Chistmas bash at Evans Head. We do get a lot of incredulous looks from travellers when we wave to them in this rig! :D
