Toowoomba to Nanango Via Crows Nest
« on: September 05, 2015, 02:05:35 PM »
Hi Everyone,
Could anyone tell me what the road from Toowoomba to Nanango via Crows Nest would be like, e.g. is it very steep or windy. We haven't travelled that road for many years now & memory is a bit foggy. We have just done the New England Rangers going through Tamworth, Armidale, Glen Innes & are now at Tenterfield. If any one could fill me in it would be greatly appreciate.
Thanks Sue,.

Thank you for your help. Just to check that I am on the right track, do I go Oaky, Kulpi, Wutul, Cooyar, then Yarraman instead of  Maidenwell.

quicker to skip yaraman and turn off at the top of the cooyar range to go through maidenwell. Travel this road all the time, parents live at east greenmount and hubby's at kempsey, we live near murgon. have worked the quickest route out over the years. :-)
