Been quite a while since being up that way, we stayed at 1770 camp grounds [ busy but loved it,sites 20 > 26 are the best ones with absolute beach front ] and day tripped to it .. Either north or south  to access was no drama, track is sandstone rocks / sand etc  ,Wreck rock had basic facilities and was tucked in behind a steep frontal dune, very shaded amongst the scrub,Doesnt seem to get much in the way of a breeze,  so gets pretty hot / still during the days [ November ].. Remember it had a closed in feel to it for us .. Ocean side was nice enough with a corse sand and ramped / angled beach not over wide .. no vehicle access to it from memory..
Cant remember much about middle rocks, dont think there was anything in the way of facilities there and pretty much as wreck rock ..

Just open the trips section and type in [ Deepwater NP ] In the search box 10x threads on it there .

Was up trhere last year and stayed at Deepwater. Loved it.

Went in from the south and left to the north - easy access either way.

Stayed at the first campsite coming in from the south (forgot the name). Was fine - just try to get one of the campsites closer to the beach...
