Manta Ray barge $120 return.

Did I read a comment somewhere about a cheap return fare on Sundays?

Yeah, pretty much.

We'll have different things on, Nomad is going to lead a Rainbow, Double Island, lighthouse etc run on Sat and Sun.

I think Mrs Jeepers will lead a sandblow run.

Rusty and Troy will do some stuff.

I'm hanging back to make sure the beer is cold.  ;D

I see the Beach Permit thing has been answered well and truly by Mr. Green RV... ta mate.  :cheers:

good news about the planned activities

I downloaded my Cooloola rec pas last night so I is ready to roll!

I am now going to find out what time the manta-ray starts and ends it's runs on Sunday

EDIT - 6am to 5:30pm are the hours of operation

EDIT #2 Tides at Eurong ar as follows on Sunday 04/10/15
Low - 6.34am, 0.71m
High - 1.10pm, 1.78m
Low - 8.45pm, 0.81m

They are pretty good for a day trip............hhhhmmmmm might do Eli Creek on that Sunday. It all depends on how my budget copes after I register my two cars......................

Keep in mind, if you want a taste of Fraser, the tour buses do an excellent 1 day trip covering a hell of a lot of it.

Just food for thought.

But not for some folks, Rusty will be arriving in only 7 days, getting in next Saturday...  ;D
Bruce and Annie going in the next day. along with the Jeepers.

Now, for those with kids, don't forget, the Tin Can Bay dolphins stuff their cute little faces every morning.
You can either drive over, or take the dolphin ferry and see  a bit of the bay itself.

Hey Steffo, I've got the lowdown on a couple of good fishing spots now.
Winter whiting are still on the chew and squid is pretty easy to catch too.
Just be careful you don't get inked, that'll come later around the camp fire when we all get inked.  :cheers:

11 Days to go.....

The countdown ain't far from single digits.

It must be getting close to camping time now, as I've changed the oil and filter on the jeep, popped the roof racks on and the camping fridge in on and cold.

Even Mrs Jeepers is getting her self ready for the Nat Meet.
She's going to the gym every morning, as she ballooned out to 51 kilos.
On the week-end, we used some 100MPH race tape to wax her back and chest.
(Nearly lost a nip too, it was still on the tape luckily)
The ol bench grinder got a workout doing her fingernails and bugger me, the silly bitch buggered my good angle grinder when she cut loose on the toenails.

I told her, just do one foot and do the other later, but oh no, she had to trim all 11 toenails in one hit.  >:(
Now I got a burnt smell coming out of the ol black an decker.

Hey, bloody women, can't live without 'em, can't live with 'em.......... what's a man to do?
