Every time we go away, it's washed and chamois dry before it goes back in the garage. I think we clean it more than our Prado, lol.

It gets a wash if it's been up the beach or on a dirty dusty track, but if it's good weather and we take it up the highway to a holiday park then usually don't bother.

Just washed mine yesterday, it's not covered, can't stop the dust settling or the birds Shitting..and I haven't even used it yet....about 4 weeks to go before we hit the road...

same for me as above...always after it's been to a beach, but depends how dirty if it's just been on dirt

Washed every outing, dried, greased and put back in the shed on axle stands with a cover over it.......................... Damm my OCD  :-[

Yep, washed every time, sometimes even while away.........along with the car, then washed and put away in the garage when finished.

Canvas is put up and dried every time, but don't wash it ie the outside like a car

I admire your dedication and I'd like to think I'd do that but I probably won't.
Mines hard sided and topped and I intend to wash it as required but if i don't plan on using it for a while I might wip the wheels off if only as an anti theft measure

Always wash & chamois the CT after each trip. Sometimes I have been know to use a bit of Tyre shine on the tyres as well.

I wash mine when its really dirty ... but I'm always cautious of not putting too much water on the travel cover as I don't really trust it to keep water out ...

Same as above, but if I've been on the beach for a week I've even been know to empty out the toolbox and trailer and clean all the sand out of them.

As above, if it is really dusty, muddy or been on the beach I will just stop at a cash wash and give it a high pressure rinse on the way home. Haven't used soap/carwash on it, probably never will haha!

Only ever wash the trailer after coming back from the beach, but ALWAYS set up and wash the canvas and mop the floor after each trip.

As for tyre shine, that crap belongs in the bin.  ;D

Always pressure wash after short trips.

Just finished an 8 week trip that included red dust and sand. 

Everything emptied out of every storage nook and cranny, vacuumed, stainless steel bits cleaned and polished, canvas brushed down and bird droppings hand scrubbed and removed.  Then the real work began.

Wheels off, pressure washed, truck wash used, another pressure wash, rust and stain remover (diluted phosphoric acid) used on all gal surfaces, pressure washed again.  Finally hand washed and polished, tyre shine on tyres and mud flaps and black plasticy bits.

Kamper looks great and is ready for another adventure.  I don't consider myself anal, rather a good clean is part of the ongoing maintenance of the Kamper.
