Never know to comment or not..
The last lot of BFG A/T tyres I have seen used used on one the Top End 4WD club members vehicle did not faired so well, the issue is the tread chewed out out on all of the tyres -- very short life span.
Yes I do believe correct pressures were used etc -- the actual member is a reader on this forum
I wish I took some pictures of the tyres, before he had them changed (he is now driving around on some oddball cheap Chinese muddies now
(seem to be doing all right as well)) .
We did discuss the tyres, maybe BFG might have changed the formula or something.. No idea why, we have now seen this on a few vehicles with BFG A/T tyres.
O.K. might not be so much of a issue if you in a live cooler area, or if you live on the bitumen,
Don't know much about the Falken A/T 02 -- I did consider them for my own vehicle but no one stocked them in Darwin at time I was asking.
Maybe put in the mix Yokohama Geolandar GO12 -- The pricing is usually good, they don't seem to rip or chip out, and they only tyre that offers Free Road Hazard Protection, and I can vouch for as I have already used that on one of my tyres.
