Does anyone run a portable air con unit in there Jayco camper

I did in mine cooled it down realy well

Aircon in a camper ??? ??? that's worse than having a heater in a camper  >:D

We have one in the Hawk.   When we travel it sits on the floor between the retracted beds.   When it's in use it sits on the fridge.

It works well but you need to be able to direct the exhaust duct to the outside as it generates a lot of hot air.

Aaaahh,
Relaxing in my AirCond camper trailer right now. It's not a jayco
So nice and cool..
It's still 30 degrees outside and calm, I sweated waking from the shower back to the campsite.
Only used so the little people can sleep easily(that's what I keep telling myself)
And we are at a powered site so why not.
Did I mention that its so cool in here on a hot tropical nth Qld night

Now I'm jealous. We are currently in Kurrimine FNQ and it pretty humid. In fact, I told the kids I might spring for an aircon for the Eagle.

this is why the need for air con we spent the weekend in kurramine two weeks ago and wow it was hot my mate has a roof mounted aircon and it was brilliant apart from not letting me sleep in there so it got me thinking of what's the best way
