Was toasty up Mt Skene... reasonable amount of snow, apparently 1mtr deep from Licola side, but I think he needs a new tape... Was T-shirt and shorts weather at the summit.

came home through Marysville/.. one of them green birds stole me pie while cammo sat there taking photos of the theft - and watching it happen.

got about 2klms out of town, stopped and took 40 mins to get to the spur turn off, where it was blocked by cops- trees down thru the spur - go -=---> that way sir and have a nice day :'(
Sounds like a good trip report coming up then ;D

I found out I could reverse up a snow covered hill for bout 1/2 a klm easier than mates 100 also on 1 week old P3's who was going forward... :D But it is a Patrol... what more could you expect.

Yup, power lines down on the spur yesterday and trees down today, it's a PITA when blocked, back to Alex and through Yea, glad I didn't go to the snow now :)

what was strange is that the cops were diverting traffic, 2 GU's blocking the road, so the only way to go was RIGHT... but the traffic wasn't moving.. the cars came to the T intersection and all stopped for a minute or so... ??? thus the 40 mins to get there.. shoulda gone Warby instead of Marysville...

The river at Toc is very high. There'll be flooding somewhere. Doubt Boucher's beach will be visible.

Blowing hard at home tonight, has been going all day. We had some 90 km/h gusts at Dandenong today while lifting 22m long roof sheets, made for some interesting times
