Big hello from Brisbane!
« on: February 26, 2015, 10:36:51 AM »
Hi everyone!

I'm Jodie and my husband is Andrew (he has an account on here too, but I'm not sure what his username is, lol) and we have a cheeky staffy named Shelby. The 3 of us love to get out and see this wonderful country of ours. We have an old camper trailer which has done a number of trips with us but that we are hoping to upgrade to a new one soon. We did a 4 week trip (7500km)with my family in 2013 from Brisbane to the Birdsville races via Adelaide and that was where we first fell in love with the idea of camper trailer travelling: the convenience, the comfort, but also the ability to still get into all the awesome places that you can with a 4wd.

We are currently planning a couple more trips. Another 4 week trip with my family to Cape York next year and then a 9 month trip in 2018 (7 months travelling around Australia and 2 months in Europe). I'm looking forward to scouring this site for information and inspiration.
