Hi from Melbourne.
« on: January 27, 2015, 09:53:29 AM »
Hi, I'm a first time camper trailer owner and found this site a wealth on information in helping me decide what to look for in a camper trailer. I went with a used 100% Australian made camper (2010 Mountain Trail Escape extenda) and looking forward to using it. Im not a big camper and mainly just do 1 or 2 weekend trips a year but hoping to change that in future.
Thanks for the great site.

Thanks for the welcome Wilson79.

That's a relief Staghornflat, good to see he's so happy with the Mountain Trails that he's sticking with them.
I actually stumbled by the camper when looking for a used Xtrail and saw this Mountain trail came up in a Gumtree search.
I researched the company and saw they where 100% Australian built. I emailed the seller expecting it to be sold but luckily after almost 4 weeks on Gumtree it was still available. The price was unbelievably cheap so I was blown away it wasn't sold. There are some amazing bargains out there that's for sure.
