Being the anal person i am i have noticed that the towbar tongue in the lc has no anti rattle screw and there is a bit of movement when it is in the hitch with pin as well
Am i missing something or do i learn to live with it

My 200 series is the same, but it doesn't rattle with a van on !!

Previous 2 4wd's had anti rattle bolts, but both had probs.....one snapped the weld off the nut holding the small bolt and the other started wearing a hole into the tongue, so I didn't use it ..

There is a bit of difference between a 2 inch and a 50mm tongue, so make sure the tongue matches the receiver..

There suppling shims with the tow kits now to space up the gap.

Shims take most of the play out. I have the offroad hitch and cannot fit my old anti rattle hitch bolt as its a solid piece instead  of hollow section.

Between the mus tyres and the new exhaust it is hardly noticeable
