A big thanks to Westvic
« on: December 20, 2014, 07:22:38 AM »
Hi ya fellow swaggers.
Over in the mail section I posted that I'm heading south to Ballarat, I carried with me 2 items for swaggers and handed them over on the way.
The offer still stands for the nth bound trip also.

Anyway, I get a PM from Westvic offering help or a bloke to drink a few  with and he gave a number.
I thanked him for the offer and said I'd see how we go.
Yesterday it was found whilst sorting out the mother in laws place I needed a few decent ladders to fix guttering's etc. Having run out of old family friends to grab something from, I made a call in the middle of a blokes work day.
1 hour latter, a smilling swagger was standing there saying which 1 do ya need. Not sure, so he left me 3 to play with.
Thanks Mate. Very much appreciated.
Now to put some  in the fridge me thinks.

I'm in a bit of a bind now.
He called me up on the sat morning, came and picked up his gear and refused the appropriate payment.
Now normally, I'd have had this in the fridge ready to throw it at him for refusal, but as there is no kitchen here, no fridge either, which = no beer on site.
So thanks again mate, very much appreciated.

it is absolutely a great forum for this kind of service, so if you're feeling really bad, you could drop the slab at my place on your way back Norf.
I'll take it with me to the next myswag event and if westvic just happens to be there, we'll make sure he feels the appreciation:-)
