That one came out the other week and there were heaps of comments, some good, some not so.  The truckies certainly have a hard time.  They do have more truck stops now, but most of them do not have any toilets. How bad is that for the truckies?     Kevin

That is not unusual in my time spent going up and down the highway. Ppl with little care. The authorities dont seem to care either until they book us trying to find somewhere we can sleep.

Yeah, I understand that, macca should have just said what he meant in his first post.

I don't want to add to their vocabulary or illicit reading material however I do think that most if not all of the kids who read this site would also have a FB account (among others) and would be familiar with a lot worse than truckie speak !

Thanks oldmate, didn't see that. Got an email earlier with the link I posted.

A valid issue to think about I guess, good that we get a heads up on the views of other road users.
Haven't seen a situation like the one in the pic but have seen many where one or two just stop half way through a rest area and don't leave enough room for a roadtrain to fit behind.

As a HR licence holder I get the odd bit of mail regarding truck issues that others probably don't get (the legal requirement of not using brakes going downhill was the last letter a few days ago) and some of the topics are interesting and does promote a bit of thinking which I think is the worthwhile intention.

Any posts on here that trigger a bit of thinking from all sides can't be bad.
