How come people get prison time for pathetic charges and someone who stabs thier wife multiple times then sets her on fire I wandering the streets.he wasn't even under survalence aparantly as he managed to obtain a gun and committed crimes post attempted murder.
Realy in my opinion the blame lies solely with the justice department and how yet another time bomb was out on bail
